The equipment is controlled by the new Omron PLC, equipped with Mitsubishi frequency converter, the interface is simple and easy to learn, and the program can be modified remotely by connecting to the network cable.

Driving system

The body is made of stainless steel and is not easy to rust. It is equipped with an imported traverse motor Omron sensor for precise positioning. The lifting hook is equipped with a sensor to prevent the flying bus from falling and ensure stable driving.

Electroplating fixture

The use of double-linked new clamps saves time and effort in operation, and the splint is stable.

Vibration device

Use 24V DC brushless low voltage vibration motor to ensure safe production. The vibration motor amplitude can be adjusted according to the aspect ratio. The 485 communication output computer monitors. The motor operating parameters are used for all-round real-time monitoring, real-time fault alarms, and intelligent control.

Power system

The high-frequency water-cooled dual-output synchronous rectifier is adopted, and the adaptor wires are placed on both sides to ensure the same current output at both ends, reduce the heat generation of the adaptor wires, reduce consumption, and improve the uniformity of plating.

Automatically add system

The new measuring cup type is used to add, instead of the traditional adding system, to ensure the accuracy of adding the medicine.

Process Capability

Uniformity cov≤10%, conventional board depth capability TP≥85%, minimum hole 0.15mm, aspect ratio 10; 1, the range is within 8um.
