Electroplating fixture

Vibration device

Using 24V DC brushless low-voltage vibration motor to ensure safe production, the vibration motor amplitude can be adjusted according to the aspect ratio, 485 communication output computer monitoring, all-round real-time monitoring of motor operating parameters, real-time fault alarms, and intelligent control.

Swing device

The soft board adopts a brand-new swing from side to side or a tug-wheel swing up and down, and the hard board adopts front and back swing. Facilitate the effect of potion filling holes on the board.

Gold cylinder jet

The side spray system is adopted to make the plating uniformity higher and reduce the consumption of gold salt.

Power system

The high-frequency water-cooled dual-output synchronous rectifier is adopted, and the adaptor wires are placed on both sides to ensure the same current output at both ends, reduce the heat generation of the adaptor wires, reduce consumption, and improve the uniformity of plating.

Heating system

It adopts a new type of air energy heating system, which saves electricity by 50%.

Exhaust system

The whole line adopts a fully enclosed design, equipped with cylinder side air extraction + top extraction to reduce waste gas pollution.
